Mondoro Company Limited has A ZERO CORRUPTION TOLERANCE POLICY. This simply means that we will not tolerate corruption in any form by our employees, vendors, business associates or customers.
Our ZERO CORRUPTION TOLERANCE POLICY means:

We define corruption as an act done with intent to hide, lie, cheat, steal, or bribe for any personal or other gain. At the core of corruption is the misuse of entrusted power for private or personal gain. It is not limited to just bribery but includes all acts which are intentionally done to acquire illegal personal gain of any kind or form. Mondoro considers even small acts of taking or acquiring anything without permission to be a form of corruption. Full transparency is necessary for enforcement. A lack of transparency is usually at the core of corruption, and Mondoro requires that all their staff, vendors and business associates must keep records and avoid any behavior that might hide inappropriate or questionable activities.

Mondoro has set up systems of audits, random checks, or other methods in an effort to ensure that corruption does not take place in any of our offices.

All Mondoro staff agree to abide by our ZERO CORRUPTION TOLERANCE POLICY as defined. No staff commissions, gifts or favors of any kind are allowed to be given to anyone working for Mondoro. Employees of Mondoro proven to have violated this rule will be immediately dismissed, suspended or reassigned. This is clearly written in our rules and regulations and employee contracts.

All Vendors of Mondoro are required to sign a legally binding contract which states they will agree to abide by Mondoro’s ZERO CORRUPTION TOLERANCE POLICY.

At Mondoro we understand that corruption usually takes place when there is an opportunity and inclination. We place a high priority on integrity and character when hiring and reviewing the performance of our employees. This requires ongoing training and vigilance and unfortunately this is not an easy concept to teach if cultural and personal factors have become corrupted. We are optimistic that by acting decisively we can successfully correct any problems. Sometimes it is necessary to make hard decisions to bring about necessary change. Properly implemented, we believe everyone benefits from a Zero Corruption Tolerance Policy because the work environment is improved for all the employees.
