How Mondoro Does Business
Mondoro seeks to make every business experience with our customers a pleasant one. We strive to be fair and consistent with all our customers, small or large new or well established.
Below we describe the step-by-step process we offer all our customers.
1. Design
Our design services are offered free of charge. We will also help you improve your own designs.
Understanding your particular needs and issues is our first concern. We believe the best designs are often a cooperative venture between our specialists and your designers.
The next step is product development after you approve a design. Customers sometimes overlook the need for engineering specifications and drawings used by the factory with some types of products. We provide these for your approval as part of our service. We then deliver the designs and drawings to the factory for a price quote. Of course our relationship and knowledge of each of our factories is your best assurance of high quality.
2. Sample Development
We almost always do a sample run of products for our customers before taking a production order. This ensures that our customers have a clear understanding of what they are getting before they make an order.
We will make a minimum of 3 samples, one to send to you, one for the factory to keep, and one for our staff. This helps all involved to understand any corrections or changes which need to be made before an order can be run.
We will manufacture the samples for you and arrange for shipping, using your FedEx or UPS account.

3. Production Orders
Upon sample approval and your purchase order we will work closely with the factory during production. We keep you fully informed as to production progress with photos as necessary and estimated completion dates.
Before packing and shipment we inspect the product, and if required, subject it to rigorous tests. We ensure that your products are properly labeled, packed and shipped according to normal industry standards.

4. Shipping
Our customers usually select their own shipper. If you need help finding a carrier let us know. Of course we provide the product packing, and we will oversee the proper loading into your containers.
5. Problems or Returns
Our goal is nothing less than total satisfaction. However, perfection is difficult to obtain—especially in Asia. We have established what we believe is a fair procedure to resolve quality issues.
